Just by looking at the signboard before entering the shop, I knew I was into something special! The whole oriental look made me feel like an emperor having the No. 1 dessert in the world!
The choices provided was extensive, mangos, watermelon, sago... and Harsmar! and Birds Nest!!
Whao, seems like i didnt make a wrong choice to walk into this place.
So we decided to try the 2 most
Expensive dessert in the shop...
For HK$55/SGD$11 (thats EXPENSIVE!!!), we can get a bowl of
Harsmar and Bird's Nest with House Special Ice-Cream.
If the name sounded impressive, the look of it was amazing!
and it tasted... absolutely heavenly! SGD$11? It was ALL worth it, every single cent!
This is the
Bird's Next on Mango Sago with Pamelo and Fruits. The 2nd most pricy item on the menu (HK $45/ SGD $9).
Its alittle like this dessert you can get in restaurants (I can't remember what is it called) but this is with
Bird's Nest! I would love to get another bowl of this!
And so, Xu Liu Shan, from now on its will be known to me as the No. 1 Dessert Store. Absolutely amazing, do try if you ever have the chance! (They said it came to Singapore but it closed down in awhile due to the lack of biz, I wish they try again!)

Well, i guess u just have to go to Hongkong to try it. It is not simple to just describe it. Haha..
